What services does RJIR offer?
We provide outpatient procedures for vascular conditions (PAD, CVI, DVT), dialysis access care, interventional oncology (tumor embolization and ablation), image-guided biopsies, and pain management injections.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We offer Saturday appointments by request.
How do I schedule an appointment?
Call us directly or request an appointment through our website. You can also ask your physician to refer you.
Do I need a referral?
Some procedures require a physician referral. However, we also accept self-referrals depending on your insurance.
How soon can I be seen?
New patients are typically scheduled within 1–2 weeks. Urgent cases are prioritized.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
Yes, we provide telehealth consultations when appropriate, especially for follow-up care.
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans, including Medicare. Please contact us to confirm your coverage.
Will I receive a bill after my procedure?
Yes, you may receive a bill for any portion not covered by insurance. Our billing team is available to help explain charges.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, payment plans are available. Please speak with our billing department for details.
What is an angiogram/angioplasty?
These are minimally invasive procedures used to evaluate and treat blocked or narrowed blood vessels, often performed to relieve leg pain or prevent ulcers and limb loss.
Do you treat cancer patients?
Yes. We perform interventional oncology procedures such as tumor embolization and image-guided biopsies to support cancer treatment.
What should I expect during my procedure?
Most procedures are done under local anesthesia with sedation. You’ll go home the same day with detailed aftercare instructions.
Will I need someone to drive me home?
Yes, if you are receiving sedation, please arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home.
How do I get my results?
We will review your results during a follow-up appointment or through your referring provider. Imaging and lab results are also available on request.
When should I follow up after my procedure?
Most patients are scheduled for follow-up within 2–4 weeks. Instructions will be provided at discharge.
